With more than 20 years of distinguished experience in corporate and commercial law, he established an expertise in corporate governance, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial contracts. His diverse experience, gained while spearheading significant projects for global corporations, has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of different business sectors. Jankee has advised the management of large multinationals on various legal issues including commercial disputes, cross-border transactions, business restructuring, the establishment of new business verticals, expansion of manufacturing plants, green field projects, environmental issues, land acquisition, sale- purchase of immovable properties, international compliances, new legislations and its impact on business, protection of intellectual property rights, corporate strategies, corporate social responsibility, and new projects, etc. Additionally, he practiced extensively before the various courts and tribunals in Delhi including the District Court, Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India.
